2 Ways the Car Store is Changing

by Eric Miltsch on 03/23/2010 · 4 comments

Where does it say in the rulebook you need to buy a car from a traditional dealership? Why can’t it just be a regular car store?

What if you know what you want, want the best price price possible and can order the exact model if it’s not in stock – isn’t that easier? Oh, and did I mention there isn’t any sales pressure? Just a casual car buying experience.

Dare I say Auction Direct USA has created a trend with the Eastview Mall car store? Now Peugeot is trying their hand at creating a high-end automotive shopping experience. Customers can customize their vehicle  preference in a boutique setting that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on the store – and the brand.

Check out the images from Peugeot’s store and the Auction Direct car store; If you’re not in the market now, you may find yourself looking forward to car shopping soon.

How would you change the car shopping process?
